Assembly fits 2003Chevy and GMC 1500 series for sure - maybe other models as well..
Class III, 5000lb weight carrying/12000lb weight distributing
Includes hitch, tongue, and 2" ball - nothing wrong with it, just had to move up to a heavier dutyb/c ofthe bigger boat..
