Do you guys use Cast Nets, to catch minnows ?
Or do most of you just go to the bait shop and buy what you need for the day ?

I enjoy catching bait... kinda half the fun to me. If you are throwing a net, look for feeding birds in the shallows

Can't seem to find bull minnows close to our fishing holes.

shrimp and minnows i buy, net minheaden (sp) when needed, and trap pin fish next to my boat slip.

Some guys have mentioned Sam's will they have all the bait i need ?

Sam's will have everything you need. If not they can put you on the right track. +1 for Sam's. Everyone there is helpful but ask for Chris. He will treat you right.
