From what I have read about them Fin nors Offshore sounds like a nice reel. I know they had a problem in the 90's but have heard the Company has worked things out and has a better rep. Don't know much about the Okumas, have heard both good and bad so can't help you there. Hard to beat Penns in my opinion, an 850 SSM sounds like what your after!:letsdrink
