Saw this video a while back, just really hard to believe the decisions people make... even if you're new to boats, when your stern is sinking before you even get it off the trailer.... and you lower the engine and just launch it anyway... :whistling: :thumbsup:

Yep, also watched it earlier. Very good looking resto they did on the old Mako.

Question - what would you do differently?

#1 - Stop while you're ahead. Pull the thing back out and re-evaluate.

#2 - Get another axel / springs- flat bed it to the nearest empty parking lot and handle the work.

#3 - don't call said flat bed driver

From what I remember reading on THT, it was up for sale at the time that it was "washed".
I like the guy that was bailing the water. Nice try but not fast enough! :D
