I plan on going crabbing tonite and wanted to know what’s the best way to keep crabs alive if I don’t plan on cooking them until tomorrow morning/afternoon

We just throw them in the cooler and ice them down. I don't think they need to stay alive just like fish. When you clean them, pry their genital armor off, force your thumbs under the shell at the hinge area and separate the backshell from the lower. Break the clusters in half (lt & rt), remove lungs and innards then rinse with clean water. Do this before you cook them and you'll waste no meat. Also when you do cook them you'll get alot more flavor from your seasoning. Mine always taste like good dark beer for some reason...
