You wouldn't want to eat a 6 year old bull lol. It might would make decent hamburger meat, but that's about it.

I know nothing about this kind of thing, but at that age is it more used for breeding? How old are the edible ones?
If you wanted one to eat then you would buy them around a year or two old and castrate them and begin feeding for a month or two and then have them slaughtered. Yes this one is just for breeding purposes. The older they get the tougher the meat becomes and since he's had "a set" for 6 or 7 years it gives the meat a musky taste.
