OK so first of all im new to this forum, so hello to all. second I have decided to start a smallish bait company that will be up and running by the first of the year.So my question to all is what general frozen baits do you normally buy if any and whats the general prices one pays for these baits and how many do you get for the price. Your best bet would be to go to the many bait shops around town, and look for yourself. No offense, but you wont find the info you need by asking such a broad question. There are so many different types of baits and just as many types of different fishermen. Where is your baitshop going to be located? Will you have anything else besides frozen bait? live bait, lures, weights, line, accessories? Let everyone know so we can help spread the word. O*D*W

You will need the ability to hold and sell "flats" of different frozen baits. Some of us on here buy frozen bait this way instead of the 5 lb. boxes.

Everything we buy these days is by the flat. If you can get decent prices for bostons and cigs, I'd be interested
