Looking at this sit on kayak for spearfishing. Anyone ever mess with this one or have any experience with it?

Those are new kayak designs and there is no info on performance in on them. Have not read of anyone fishing out of one around here and or their performance in the Gulf. Hopefully someone that owns one will speak up. I do not think they were around last fishing season.

Well, I finally got to touch and feel one at the local BassPro. Seems good, cheaper than the Old Town I was looking at, and the Ocean Kayak. Still undecided, as I have never been off shore in a yak before, and don't really know what to look for and what to avoid. Bass pro guy said that they are setting up a big pool next month to try out the different kayaks and canoe's, I will definately try and make it and see what's up.
