Would like to get some info on putting additives in to treat the gas and the engine. I have heard some say use sta-bil, some use seafoam, and others use ring-free. I have a Yamaha 200 HPDI. This goes with the question of dealing with ethanol as well.

I would recommend you shoot Kenny Mann (sequoia) a PM and get his recommendation. He'll tell you good and bad on all of the products.

I've been using Startron Enzyme to combat the effects of ethanol in my I/O engine and haven't had any problems so far with water. SeaFoam is only added every 3rd or 4th tank fill up just as a fuel system cleaner. Ring free, well use the dang boat and don't worry about it.
