I have a new ACR Mini B 300 ILS EPIRB I'm wanting to sell. It has never been activated or registered. Unfortunately I don't have the box. The sticker is still over the activation button to prove it was never used.Battery is good until 2019.

I'm selling because I'm going to get a "Spot". I'm asking $130.

You do realize ther is a monthly fee with a "Spot" right?? EPIRBS, and PLB's don't have any fee's after the purchase

I think its a yearly fee. A friend of mine has one and he loves it. I like that fact I can take it anywhere and send texts to my wife and friends where I'm at.

I'll probably buy another EPRIB eventually. I just need the cash to invest for the spot.

FYI, this is not a stand alone epirb, more of a "crew overboard" locator if used with another system. The 121 epirbs were phased out awhile back.

Yep, You are correct. They sell for about 250 new and 170ish on ebay.
