i was selling a 2007 browning stalker combo reel # stk 40 rod #bss704omhs-2 7' 2 pc composite instead i am going to donate this set to a lady that has 2 kids that love to fish but they lost all of theyre gear in a fire along with 90% of everything else that they own. unfortunately that is all i have to donate to them. they sell cell phone accesories at t&w fleamarket sat and sun. i dont know theyre table number but theyre right next to the hot dog stand. my table number is 215 if you cant find them find me and ill take you to them. come on forum if you just have 1 small tackle box maybe some line maybe some hooks a few bottom rigs anything will help they will need two more combos (they just fish for white trout so just anything simple will work) debbie is handicapped so she wont have to pay for a license.like i said i am pledging my combo to this family what will you help them out with? i sure would hate to lose my gear and not be able to afford to replace it. what about you?

1 lite spinning combo

probably 12 LB test (my combo is already spooled)

maybe a 5 gal bucket

just a few dollars will buy a couple of fresh mullet and ice so how about a couple of gift certificates to a bait shop they will probably fish the seawall at the pensacola side of 3 mile so reel fun (now tightlines) on cervantes and pace would be the best place i will also pledge a 5.00 gift certificate

anything else that would be helpful to them

lets rally the troops and help this family go fishing again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh and the kids are in theyre early teens so no looney toon or mickey mouse gear please!

come on folks spray some wd40 on those rusty needle nose and drop them off. spray out that old cooler.remember that old tackle box in the garage behind the whatsit under the wachacallit? i bet they could use it. got 8 filet knives? bring them an old rusty one.need a cell phone case? they got the good stuff. this is theyre only income besides her disability.

ive got some old stuff layin around. like a soft flambou tackle box but its only got three storage boxes instead of 4. an old diawa fishin rod on med heavy 7'6 foot rod thats collecting dust and some rusty pliers that i can probably salvage and a little tackle. maybe somethin else thats in the shed. ill check in the morning when the rainlets off.maybe this would help a little,see ya tomorrow

The OLE Get Me Back Goin.

I have some stuff. I've got a tackle box with some tackle in it. Line ,hooks, leaders,jigs and some other stuff in it. Everythingis like brand new. Most stuff is still in the packages.I can't get to P'cola this weekend. But I'll be that way next week.

a big THANX to sea monkey and yes they are there every weekend. as far as the jigs maybe someone else can use them i think they just wanna prop theyre poles on the bridge enjoy each others company in the salt air and maybe bring home some white trout. i think they said thats the only fishing they have ever done.

well i have to say we have almost pulled it off 5 forum members answered the call and some wanted to remain anonymous one in particular even hooked them up with some furniture that they needed and somebody bought them some items from the flea market. man it was really cool seeing their smiles grow bigger every time someone showed up to offer your assistance. they had no idea of what i was hoping to pull off so it was a complete surprise. last i spoke with them they asked me when were going fishing. SO only a few small items are needed as far as fishing (list updated) :bowdownbut i really dont know what else they may need. from what i understand, though it was a while back, they did lose everything and lets face it can be a tough struggle back from zero. so again thanks you guys that was really awesome.
