We pulled out this morning at 7:40 am to a slick calm gulf. First stop was #1 green can and it was loaded with hard tails, we had 2 dozen in 10 minutes. I got big girl on course and rolling SW. An hour later we make our first stringer gear stop and and catch some nice whites and few beeliners. After filling a basket up with those delicious sandwich fillers we broke the 6/0's out for some Aj action. I circled up on the first spot and the jacks were a little hungry. The first bait in the water didn't make it 20' below the boat when it bowed over. The next 7 came in 20 minutes as my mate worked the rally hard with three rods. The last jack over the rail seamed to give up a little too easy right at the boat so I look out of the bridge to a 60+ pound cuda holding half a jack in his mouth. Great trip with good people.
