She is 30' in length and 11.5' wide. <P align=left>She has:<UL><LI><DIV align=left>Full transom swim platform</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Full head with macerator and shower</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Fridge and stove</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Air Conditioningand Heat</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Shore Power and Generator</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Full berth up front double in rear</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Radar arch</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Bow Pulpit</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Dinnete table ( makes into another bed)</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Teak trim</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Fresh water wash down</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Tons of storage</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Self Bailing</DIV><LI><DIV align=left>Bimini top and camper top</DIV></LI>[/list]<P align=left>When I bought her she had one bad motor. I have since purchased another motor and have it ready to drop in. The motor can be loaded into a truck or the marina said they will drop it in for $75. I just can't physically do it. New trim limit and sending units have been installed. The out drives have good gears but the uppers need new seals (about $200 for a local shop to do it). She also has 2 stainless steel matching props. New gimbal bearings have been installed. She also has new bellows and water hoses for both sides. She is currently at a marina. I have custom cabinets that go behind the helm that need to be covered. Or I still have the original jump seats but they would need to be remounted and small repair. She also has a bimini top as well as the camper cover. The camper cover is missing the side windows. She also has 2 new shift cables. She also has all the cushions as well as cushions for the bow to make a sunning bed. Some of the coushions that go to the rear berth could use recovering or covered with a sheet. Transom is solid and there is no rot on the boat. The dash trim was removed because I was going to recover it but is still intact. A/C and heat works good and the generator runns good. She needs a new hot water heater if that is something you would use. We werent planning on putting one back in it. The new engine is a marine engine and is complete other than exhaust maifolds and risors. I do have all of the connecting tubes and flappers. <P align=left>I do not want to sell the boat but I am unable to work on her anymore. She doesn't lack much to be completed. But my neckand shoulder injuries from an accident don't allow me to do any physical work anymore.<P align=left>Please feel free toask any questions and I will answer them as quickly as I can. <P align=left>Also, she does not have a trailer but the marina will load it onto your trailer, I will cover that cost
