1987 Sumner dinghy Made in Amityville NY I towed this dinghy behind my 45 Gulfstar all around NY and the Bahamas, This is NOT a toy. These dinghies were made to take anything. From my research I found they could be rigged with dagger boards and a sail. This one does not have that setup. I can truly say this is a pleasure to row, it tracks straight and glides across the water. even full of provisions and a Big guy it still handles very nicely.

Is it wood or fiberglass? What did you paint it with? Does it have oar locks?

yes it's fiberglass, epoxy, yes recessed in gunnel. three positions.

Is a title required for a dingy in Florida?

Not that I know of. If you want to get numbers you willl need a bill of sale. You only need numbers if you want to put a motor on.
