Made me second trip with Charlie, Jimmy, and their brother Mark Friday. We got a quick limit of grouper and amberjacks last week, so we wanted to try something a litte different. Last week we did the scamp and snowy thing, so this week we went looking for Gags. Made two spots and had our butts kicked I don't know how many times. The grouper were good size and not really wanting to just jump in the boat. I bet we lost 15 hooks. But we got our limit of gags, a few scamps, almacos, and a limit of amberjack. Enough was enough. No one wanted any scamps or snowies to finish a grouper limit. They were tired, so we threw in the towel. Back in at a decent hour with a nice box of fish. Mark had his eyes open to the world Jimmy and Charlie had been bragging to him all week. Great fun with great new friends. Thanks guys for a fun day. I look forward to our up coming trip. I have lost and found my camera about 5 times this year. Hopefully I have it back for awhile. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Thanks everyone. The guys got beat up a bit, but they never gave up. We would just tie on another hook and get back to the bottom. I think Gags are a love hate relationship for me. I love to catch them, but they take so much of my tackle. I think they are way to selfish. I just want to invite them home for dinner.
