I am looking to get rid of this motor.. I had thought it would work after I had beefed up the transom but it didnt hold up like I was hoping.. I have everything but the controls, and the check system...

The motor will need a new wiring harness on the motor side. I had to replace the water system after spotting a leak and caused a little corrosion on a few of the connectors..

OK found the laptop.. Kids had it hidden pretty good.. but here are the pics.. It has 1300hrs.. lower unit has 200hrs on it and I just replaced the prop
