Do redfish lose spots as they age? I dont remember catching a bull or even large slot with more than 4 or 5 spots total. I caught a juvie recently (about 12 inches) with 7 spots on one side and 3 on the other. Yesterday I caught one about the same size with 8 spots on each side. Never seen so...

Caught my first redfish. (Bass fishermen) My dad and I hooked up with 5 of them on cut bait off a dock in Pensacola Bay. Lost the biggest one. Not bad for being land locked! Will have boat access in a few days so looking forward to the possibilities.

Hi guys. First post for folks traveling to Charleston SC area looking to fish. went last Thursday and the tide was high around ten am. We get six foot tides here and unless you’ve got a flats boat the Redfish are tough to get on. However, we did manage to find some trout on a flat and some...

Had a good time! The action was slow but caught a few nice ones. Beautiful place had never been there. The fishing is probably better with the warmer water.

  12. Inshore Reports
No tournament winners but I did find a nice school of mid-slot reds yesterday. With it being so hot they were in a little deeper water and when the tide started falling and a thunderstorm approached it seemed to really trigger the bite. I managed to get quite a few entries into the Florida CCA...

Four dozen shrimp..for dozen shrimp and ran out very quick. The bite was on hard but was using extremely large circle hooks trying to catch the big one. I did catch and manage a 30-inch red, but do you know if you're going to get caught it will be with that fish in the truck. What does a 3 pole...
