I had 3 anglers in the afternoon on Bon Secour.
we used 3/8 oz jig heads with new penny gulp and DOA's
we had 1 limit of specks!

Weather called for winds early and then diminishing but the opposite was true.
We started the day fishing perdido bay for specks and quickly limited out with a 3 man limit. Boy do I like the fall weather!
We ran in search of red fish and found one huge school of 24 to 26 inch fish. We caught...
wow what a day of fishing. we started out speck fishing in the bayous using 52m mirrolures and slayed the specks! we had several over 20 inches.
We then chased the bull reds boating 10 while loosing many more. White nylon hair jigs worked in front of the schools of redfish.

Wow the last couple of mornings have been very nice with temps in the 60's:thumbup:
Today the fish really turned on and plenty was caught!
On the flats we used the "famous chug bug" with a uni to uni 50 lb fluorocarbon leader to 20 lb braided line.

seems like we captains were posting to many informational fishing reports so this will cover 11 days instead 7 days or less.

up until yesterday the wind has been nice. the weather overall has been awesome. today what was suppose to be a windy day turned out really nice this morning.
we continue to hammer the sheephead. start out using whole shrimp until the bite is every drop then go to cut up shrimp. #2 circle hook...
