Hey, quick question if you don't mind. What are the norms for mineral rights on property around here? Or is it even a factor in transactions since the only mineral around here is salt? I'm considering a small acerage purchase in the future and would like to know what to expect along those lines.

We are coming up to Pensacola from Orlando in Mid December for 3-4 days. We want to look at foreclosures, and proceed from there. We are retiring and moving back home to Pensacola after 38 years. If you will give me your phone number and business email address it would be helpful. Because of the current market, we have decided not to build, but to buy an existing home. I would like to get a copy of the available foreclosures in the more desirable developments. We are looking in the $135K to $175K range. Terms/ cash, and looking for 1700-2000 sq. ft. Not over 12 years old, and preferably on the west side, I have a boat. Not looking for a "younger" folks neighborhood with children and the constant military turn over. Can you send me foreclosure lists ? I have been looking at 32506 and 32507 area codes.
