Default Looking for an offshore charter

My wife and I are looking to get offshore this monday, August 17th. I would like to know which charter boats you recommend in Pensacola/Pensacola beach area.
We live in Pensacola and fish the surf all the time but we have a day without the kids and would like to catch some bigger, more edible fish.
We would also be willing to split costs with a boat owner if someone needs a few more on deck.

What are you looking to target? Plenty of great guys around. The fellars over at Hot Spots are a PFF favorite.

I myself just got a 26ft Twin Vee which is SUPER comfortable.

Target - unknown. As I said before I fish mostly near the shore. I am just looking for an actual fight that could end in a few dinners. My wife never felt a good fighting fish other than a shark from the beach either so I want to see her fight a good one.

Obviously we don't want to break the bank so I was thinking a group boat would probably be the cheaper route as there are only two of us and renting out a person's whole boat doesn't seem cost effective.

I will look into Hot Spots and hope that someone wants to take us out for a few hours and split gas/bait/ice.
