Default Family tradition charters "scamp" 8-11

We left shrimp boat around 1 am Saturday night with a load of locals for a 16 hr scamp trip. We arrived to our destination shortly after daylight. Fishing was not the best so we started to dropped a go pro down on every spot to check fish numbers. The amount of gags and scamp on those spots was unbelievable considering the bite we were having. We started heading home around 3 pm with a total of 20 something head of scamp, three reds, one almaco jack, one wahoo, and two kings. It turned out to be one of my best trips with some great people.

One of the many baby endangered snappers on our scamps wrecks in deep water. We only caught 14 over 20#.

They are not open. That fish was thrown back.

That Flip stick in the eye socket isn't hardly as detrimental to his health as trying to out run that dolphin 250'.
