Big Gag Grouper
Had another epic day fishing with Captain Delynn Sigler. We fished on my boat today, Cape Horn 31XS "Tall Tails". It was rougher than predicted but we pushed on and ran out 30 miles. Our target was gags but on our first five spots we couldn't get a bait past the hordes of endangered red snapper. We finally got to a spot without the huge show of snapper and hooked up on the first gag. We bounced around all day hitting different spots and picked up two more gags and a scamp. We finally went to a snapper spot and finished our snapper limit. The big gag weighed 30 pounds and the big snapper weighed 15.

Sounds like a heck of a trip and some absolutely gorgeous fish.
