Don't know but I happen to have a full box of Remington ShurShot 16ga, 2.75" #6 shot (1oz), plastic hull on brass.

Free if you want to pick them up. Over by the greyhound track.

Been in the closet for 10+ years though as I no longer have any 16ga gun.

Awesome. I just inherited my grandfather's double barrel 16 so that would be fantastic. Thank you. I'll PM you for details.

Man, thank you. I am guessing not many people shoot a 16 gauge anymore. This gun is the first gun I ever hunted with so I am so excited to inherit it.

I've got my dads 16 dbl barrel. Totally love shooting it. Shot my first turkey with a few years back (and won a turkey as a child the first time I shot it).

Bass Pro typically has 16 on their shelves. I also saw some at Mikes earlier this year when they were loaded up with dove loads.

If it's a very old gun, be careful of the ammo you use. It might be best to check with a gunsmith.....I'll only run low brass w/light loads thru my OLD double barrel (circa 1903 or so). Mike's is a good place for info, and they can get the right stuff for old guns. Pricey, but worth it IMO.

I have about 80+ boxes of various 16ga ammo and I know how hard it is to find at times. I have three 16ga shotguns (as many as 5 at one time) and keep differant loads for each gun for each differant type of game/terrain. Academy is about the best place local followed by Buck N Bass by the fairgrounds and wally world. Since one of my guns specifically like a certain slug so I special order them from Midwayusa.com every few years. Find the right combo and they can be real accurate in a smoothbore.
