I bought one of those years ago and put it up a juniper tree in YRMA. 8 5' stick ladders high. Great stand and location. Game warden checked me in it a while back and asked "How did you get that thing up there?" It is heavy.

Yeah they’re not light, but pretty easy to lift up with a rope, and then leave it there to kill deers

Yeah, they are heavy... I like to use a climber then pull em up with a rope.... Good price!

It'll do good for old farts that are skeered of falling or too old to jack up a tree. Just hook it about 3 or 4' off the ground and have a sit. Sit in comfort and watch that old dim road, large clearing or food plot. Plus it can double as a sleeper for the ones that can't make it without their nap. lol.
Damn good deal for 30$
