Default Daily Scripture (Do this in remembrance of me!)

With the tragic events of the UH60 Blackhawk crash and the 11 crew members (members that have been recovered but still holding hope for live rescues), the Daily Scripture will be honoring them. They died for us, so we can live in this country without fear and because of their sacrifice we should be thankful. My heart and prayers go out to the family/friends and all the rescue personel that are part of this tragedy.
A simple prayer that lays all the tears and fears at GOD's feet:

Psalm 119:145-149
145 I call with all my heart; answer me, Lord, and I will obey your decrees.
146 I call out to you; save me and I will keep your statutes.
147 I rise before dawn and cry for help; I have put my hope in your word.
148 My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises.
149 Hear my voice in accordance with your love; preserve my life, Lord, according to your laws.

Psalm 119:28
28 My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word.

Philippians 4:7
7 And the peace of GOD, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

I look forward to the day that I will be told this verse when I bow down to GOD. No more sorrow and everlasting light, I pray for the soldiers.

Isaiah 60:20
20 Your sun will never set again, and your moon will wane no more; the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your days of sorrow will end.

Romans 6:4
4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

No amount of scripture will take away the pain of those who lost loved ones in this tragedy. I pray that GOD's spirit will move in the families for a better understanding on why their loved one's journey on earth has ended. We will be reunited in the future with no pain or fear.
