Default Tarpon report

Have a buddy who fly fished today out of a skiff. He had more than a dozen casts at multiple tarpon but none wanted his fly. He said he was 100 yards off the beach between At various points between pensecola and orange beach.

He had a bunch of jacks follow his fly but no serious takers and wound up with bunch of Spanish.

Not exactly a yak report but may be useful to someone in a yak.

Yeah, they're steadily working their way up the coast. I have seen a few groups but nothing like what your buddy saw.

Thanks for the report. Once it gets calm again I will be targeting them full force. I can't wait to see my first 2012 Poon on the line. Time to change the avatar back!
