Default Sunday Afternoon

Well I finally bought a kayak , WS Tarpon 160, and took it out. Thurs after work I did a little fishing around Postal Point (Eglin) for a hour just to get the feel of it and not falling out. Sunday went out to fish the flats around the CG station. I picked up 2 Spanish and saw a bald eagle. WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG!! Had a blast even though I only caught the 2 fish. I've been either wading or fishing from boats for years, this is just a great mix of the 2. Can't wait to get more comfortable to try offshore.

Welcome, yes kayak fishing is simply the best thing I have ever done, very peaceful and a great way to get closer to nature at its best. Once you go for a pensacola sleigh ride from a bull red or king you will be hooked for life!!!! ENJOY!!!!
