Default Slots!

A little late on the report but here it is. Went out Saturday and Monday. Weather and water were perfect!! Caught 4 slots and 2 rats all in the "flats". Water was clear and no wind made it perfect to push pole and sight fish on both days!! Here's some pictures from the trips. Enjoy!!

Should be smiling!!! You could be me sitting here looking at a pile of tax paperwork!!
Looked like fun! Nice setup. Were you standing to sight fish?
Thanks for the report!

I think I was mostly in shock to finally put some fish in the new PA haha. Yes I was standing to sight fish, they were all it pot holes. As I was push poling I could see them. Some got spooked easy but others stayed around. Thanks for the comment!!

Thanks everyone!! I usually like to cook it on the grill wrapped up in tinfoil with all my favorite veggies inside the tinfoil with it so the flavors blend a little, but this time I just made fried redfish sandwiches.

I myself, usually use any blackened powder recipe when I make fish tacos and just cast iron skillet fry them, regardless of species of fish. Pomps and Specs are great for it too!
