Default Sheepshead and reds

Ghostface and myself got together this past weekend to do some fishing, haven't been fishing for sheepshead in the yak so we decided to hit shoreline park and pedal to bob sykes, fishing the flats inbetween. We made it to the bridge without catching anything on the flats, it was semi calm but still was difficult to stay next to the pilings. After about 45 min of fishing, I caught a nice little 14 inch sheepie. After throwing him in the cooler we decided to load up and head to my redfish flat in the sound. We got to the spot and started throwing artificials at schools of mullet hoping for a redfish. After a hour we found them and caught 3 reds, all about 24 inches. It was a slow day but it was well worth it! Sheepshead was caught on a fiddler crab and the redfish were caught with a Vudu shrimp and paddletail

There's nothing better then a nice flat that holds Redfish.

It always feels good to catch some fish for the dinner table.
