Default Perdido Bay report Feb 20th

Enjoyed my day off today and fished my local corner of Perdido Bay (and tried out my new fishfinder). I had several top water hits between 6:30-7:30 but only managed to hook and land one, a small speck about 10", on a full size spook. Next I caught a little flounder and then a 22" speck on a Gulp. After that, nothing but little guys. I also managed to break my mirage drive- dang. One minute I'm pedaling and notice that it got way tougher to pedal, and when I looked down, a piece was completely missing that covers the front cable, and the pulley wheel is broken, and the cable was slack. It actually still worked a little, but it definitely needs work.
