Default Navarre 3-19

I got off work a little early yesterday and I had my kayak with me so I figured I would hit up the sound. When I got out there I was seeing redfish around me but when I threw to them they didn't want to eat. So I just started making long cast and working back to me. Eventually I hooked this 26in. red and called it a day.

Nice work. They can be spooky at times.

Taking your kayak to work with you, now that's being prepared. Congrats on catching dinner.

Nice. Saw a few on the flats the other day but they weren't hungry either.

Hard to tell the lure from the pic, what were you throwing at them? I havent fished the sound in quite some time but am thinking of heading out there tomorrow morning.

Getting one 26" red will make a good meal for 2 or 3 people.

Thanks for sharing the report and the photos.
