Smile May 2nd and 3rd

Went out with NavyDoc early Sat for the tournament we caught a couple of small Mahi each his being the larger and some decent kings I missed weigh in by 4 minutes. Went out Sunday with Loruna caught more kings no mahi. Sea turtles everywhere but unable to locate any cobia around them. I was also relocating a rod holder in about 60ft of water off of navarre and something breached 10 ft off of my bow and whatever it was it was huge! I never saw it but it made one helluva commotion and left a 15ft diameter "disruption on the surface! I think I pooped a little! Thinking must have been a manta ray but damn talk about startling!

Could have been a sturgeon, they do that in the rivers and I know they head out into the gulf to spawn, I'm just not sure what time of year that happens.
