Thats awesome, nice report efing001, i wanted to go out there bad today, but after spending 6-7 hours in my kayak yesterday, i needed a little rest. Not to mention my wife threw a bunch of honey doo's on me this morning. I will be there next weekend hopefully..

What were you using for bait? I was out there today in my yak throwing gold spoons and didn't have any luck.

We were using silver rattletraps that looked like baitfish and we were throwing them in the baitfish...I used a gold spoon for the Red..Right place right time really...they were hitting every cast

Jims is on 90 bridge crossing Escambia Bay..you can put in free next to Jims (northeast going towards pace from pensacola)

We were out there today in the same area, and you are right--it was good fishing. Right place at the right time with the right bait got them every time. That Rattle Trap was hot today...

Good report. It is definitely hit and miss in upper bays. I think the key is keep moving. If you find them your golden. I've had some luck with deep diving crank baits.
