Default hiding from the wind today

havnt freshwater fished in years. Let alone out of the kayak. So I loaded it up and headed to a little private lake today and caught some monster bluegills and about a dozen bass on topwater. Private lakes will really make you think you know how to freshwater fish lol

Lmao!! You got that right jdking'. I grew up fishing some private farm ponds around here and had NO respect for freshwater fish. They were my bitches lol. All I had to do was show up and they pretty much threw themselves in my cooler! Since, I've seen some of those ponds dry up and simply lost access to the others. These days, I have to do it the hard way...usually
Saltwater is better anyways...at least, around here.
