got out for a bit in the gulf today and caught a few
Finally was able to get out and hit the gulf with the guys. Trolled most the day and put a few spanish and kings in the kayaks. Couldn't get on the mahi though. Largest fish was a nice king at 44" to the fork. Never weighed it or measured TL but it was a hoss and a blast to catch in the yak. I didn't have time to get the gopro on this time as he ran more line off in the first run than I like to see. Ended up chasing him down. Another good day on the water all be it a little rough. Still good times.

Nice report and fish. The water in the background of the photo sure looks nice. Wish we had water that color where I yak fish in Texas.
