Default Flounder for dinner

I went out in the afternoon, launched at Meigs boat launch in Shalimar. Caught a nice flounder on my first cast right at the mouth of the channel leaving Lake Vivian. I fished down to Lake Clyde and back. Caught the second flounder on the Lake side of the channel going back into Lake Vivian. Guess I should have stayed there because Lake Clyde was uneventful. Caught on Pink Champagne Matrix.

When I catch some fish, I always examine the stomach contents to see what the fish has been eating.

Its funny you are still going on about that. The point of going offshore in the winter for flounder is to catch a bunch on them. Of course some flounder stay inshore instead of going to the nearby wrecks to spawn. Some people like to catch their limit of flounder by going offshore.....bet you cant catch a limit of flounder inshore right now.
