Default Flat part 2

While catching a red and trout on the Eglin flats, I caught a leatherjack but couldn't identify it until today. What can you use a leatherjack for?

The key was "once". These are not typically considered to be good bait. Also if you get finned by one you will not forget it. Hurts like crazy. They are commonly called crazy fish.
