Default First time in P-cola for fishing

I am looking to stay at Fort Pickens Campground in late April, and just looking for some pointers. We are wanting to paddle out to deeper water, and wondering if anyone knew what "should" be biting or running around that time and what rig recommendations you may have. Thanks and keep the lines wet and tight.

You don't need to go deeper. Troll from just past the sand bar to about a quarter to half mile out. You should catch Spanish and Kings and possibly a cobia. The three barges are out there but nothing you will catch there will be open.
