Default Any bait out there?

It looks like I may be able to get out on the gulf in the morning for the first time in a long time... Is there any bait to be caught, or is everyone using frozen or artificial? I will be fishing off of Navarre beach.

It's actually doable right now. Sloppy I'm sure a couple miles out but the surf is doable. There are some cigs out there, you just have to know where to find them.
