Launched at sunrise with a couple friends to minimal surf, nasty green water and 10+mph North winds. Between the three of us over an hour we caught one bait fish sabiki'ing. We decided it was too windy to try holding over bottom spots and trolled artificials and frozen cigs from 2nd sand bar to over a mile out. Between us we only caught a couple smaller, but keeper kings, Bonita and a couple decent spanish. I went 0/1 on a bruiser cobia on the way back in only having a yozuri left to throw at it (wasn't smart enough to keep one rod dedicated as a pitch rod.) Had what I'm pretty sure was flipper snag my bomber lure and pull out about 150 yards of line before the line broke as I was going to cut it with my knife. Flipper was murdering bonita all over, saw a couple big bonita get launched 5'+ in the air and had small sandbar shark come check out the kayak. Not the best day of fishing but had a great day on the water.

Thanks for the report. - it was lean over at Navarre today. Didn't talk to or see any yakkers catching anything but a couple spanish. Did see a boat hook up two cobia right off my portside bow. Nice size on em - pretty much my excitement for the day so your day looks good from here.
