Default TC Encore pistol

I originally bought an Encore 50 calliber muzzleload rifle and then purchased a pistol barrel, grip and forend so I could have a pistol. Is it legal to sell this gun as a pistol?

I believe it depends on how the firearms was listed when originally purchased. For example, if an AR15 was purchased as a complete rifle, it can not be converted to a pistol. However, a pistol can be converted in to a rifle. Now, I do believe the TC encore receivers are transferred as "other" (same as a stripped AR receiver) so it can be converted from pistol to rifle as one pleases...

To answer your question, I have no idea.

I bet Bigbulls would know.

If you sell the receiver, I believe you need to treat it like a pistol since it only needs the barrel to become a firearm. I had a pistol barrel fer my Prohunter but sold it. Ifin I would have sold it together, I would have treated it as a firearm.
