Default Ruger 10/22 modification question.

I have a standard blued Ruger 10/22. I am looking at an aftermarket stainless barrel. Does anyone know if putting a stainless barrel on a blued steel receiver will create any problems due to the dissimilar metals. Thanks.

No. You will be fine. It's both steel.

No problems. I've got a stainless bull barrel on my blued receiver and there haven't been any issues

Ruger 10/22 receivers are aluminum but even the factory puts stainless barrels on them. You will be fine.
