Default Muzzloading 12ga

I have grown to love my rifles, so I would like to get into the shotgun game. The new guns are high-dollar (knight, Pedersoli, etc) so I have been cruising through classifieds with little luck. I am also trying to get in touch with White Muzzleloading to inquire about his used customs.

Anyone have any experience with muzzleload shotguns?
Anyone looking to part with one?

Also, I welcome any general comments/experience with any ML shotgun models.

I've got a pedersoli double barrel. It's ok. But still a shotgun, I hunt deer more with my 50 Cals. I will say they have more than doubled in price since I bought mine over 15 years ago. Still on my bucket list to kill a turkey with it. Just gotta take it I guess. I also made mine converted to use 209 shotgun primers instead of # 11 caps.

Thanks for the info. I will primarily use it as a turkey gun. I found a good deal on an early 90s model H&R that accepts 209 primers, but I'm having a hard time getting in touch with the owner.

Question

What make and thread size on the 209 shotgun primers, thinking they should be metric threads?

Got a CVA double barrel but haven't shot it yet?

Should made in Spain and should be a metric thread, correct?
