Default Holsters

Gents what all will fit in the fobus springfield XD holster? Im looking to see if a 1911 with the rail has to have a speacial holster or does one work with all Springfields?

no fobus is a mold for models they are almost never interchangable...

Dragonfire is absolutely right. Will not fit and/or fit properly.

Another thing,I would not reccommend that you use a Fobus holster for CCW. Why ??
* has to be jerked out to get it to release
* makes a very loud "SNAP" sound
* does not fit/is not designed so that the weapon is held close to the body

I suppose for general carry in the woods(non hunting)the holster would be fine.

Thanks guys, Wasnt shur on that one. picked it up while 2 fellas traded a HS2000 an niether were right handed shooters, Wound up with it an was trying to help anouther member in here locate a holster, But is in need of one that his slide with a rail will fit, An Im almost shur his will be used in city split second usage. Thanks though for the info, ole Carver
