I bought a new scope for my rifle so I took it to a client who has all of the tools to mount it right. Torqued the screws , leveled the scope and boresighted it too. He had an old Bushnell boresighter that he used that looked like a rectangle box that screwed into the end of the barrel. He said the company no longer sells them.
Anyway I needed to change my battery in my Burris FastFire that is on my pistol. We noticed one of the 2 screws was stripped out and wouldn't tighten down. I picked up the phone and called Burris. Told the rep I must have stripped the hole out and it was my fault. I expected to pay for the part , but he said no problem and asked if it was a pictanny base. He asked for my address and said the part would be in the mail tomorrow morning. Excellent customer service.
