Default Minimum posts before stating a thread

I've noticed a lot of spam lately. Some internet forums require users to have 5-10 posts in other threads before being allowed to start their own thread. Is that something that could be done here?

Good idea. Might deter some, but not all. Would kind of suck for new people wanting to ask a question, but would force them to search and use an older thread still related to their topic.

Then they will just post it on an active thread. We have something in the works to slow the problem.

Posting attachments has been restricted since the forum was redone...of course if you want to steal an image...thats easy here....seems ass backwards, and is why i don't post pics or stories of the fish we catch here...work on that!

Why not post pictures like everyone else? Use the attachment tab at the bottom? Don't see how that has changed.

I have posted several pics on here as attachments.... easy as can be... Are you having problems posting pics? At the bottom of the reply page, under additional options, it has a spot for attaching files...
