Tonite's Pork Chops
I did a 3 hour brine on some thick chops and grilled them with some corn in the shuck.

I've half a boneless Pork Loin I'm debating on how to cook.
Herb-n-Garlic Crusted oven roasted or 2" thick chops Blackened in cast iron?
