I like a good turkey sandwich myself, but this year I bought a lot of seafood for $76. I grilled and fried and still have shrimp left. I froze part of the turkey which I will pull out for a sandwich tomorrow. I usually do the seafood thing for Christmas but decided to change it up a little and now glad that I did. Your idea looks good too.

One of my buddies went the seafood route instead of traditional and every one there said it was to die for. Tomorrow it will be finishing off the last of the turkey as in turkey tetrazzini.
