Default Tartar Slawce

Yep, that's what I'm calling it, TARTAR SLAWCE.

I use it on fish sandwiches. This recipe will make 4-6 killer sandwiches depending on how much SLAWCE you put on a sandwich.

3-cups shredded then chopped cabbage. (final measure)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup Dill pickle relish
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup Helman's Mayo
1/2 cup sour cream.
A dash or two Dill weed
A dash or two Old Bay Seasoning.

Mix it well. I prefer to serve it before it is refrigerated but you will definitely need to refrigerate any left over SLAWCE.

If I have both left over fish and SLAWCE, I chop the fish and mix it with the SLAWCE for lunch the next day.

Actually, you can use the chopped cabbage and onion with your favorite Tartar Sauce recipe but it probably won't be as good as mine.
