Default Simple meal

Wife went out with a couple of girlfriends tonight so I'm soloing dinner. One pack of hickory smoked conecuh sausage on the grill till snaps apart super easy, white bread, mustard and diced onions, folded hot dog style. I only ate one, ate the rest of the pack right off the grill. On a side note, let cool more then 5 secs! I almost burnt the lining of my mouth off! Hahah! Luckily had a cold one nearby to save the day! If someone knows a better sausage off the grill then conecuh please share! IMHO it's the best!

I ride by it at least twice a week and usually smell sausage.
Prevailing wind usually blows the smoke across the interstate.
Stop in there and see if the store has free samples out, you can just about make a meal of it if they do.
